Summary: The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will provide high-level support for attorneys and clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. This role is responsible for managing complex transactions from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and revise real estate contracts, leases, loan documents, and closing documents.

Coordinate and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, UCC searches, zoning, and related documentation.

Organize and facilitate real estate closings, preparing closing checklists, escrow instructions, and post-closing binders.

Maintain and track all transaction deadlines and deliverables.

Communicate directly with clients, brokers, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.

Mentor and train junior paralegals as needed.

Research property ownership, liens, taxes, and corporate entities.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department.

Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Experience with title and survey review, due diligence, and closing coordination.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred.
