Position Details: Caregiver/Resident Assistant As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. You will also keep care records, report changes, and interact with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Must be 21 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent; training as per state regulations. Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Honest, fair, dependable, respectful of confidentiality and privacy. Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.
