Fenwick & West Job Description Summary Fenwick & West is seeking an Office Administrator (OA) for our newest office in Boston. This role is highly visible and will aim to ensure successful office management in the areas of general office operations, facilities, office services, information technology and management of administrative staff. This position requires five days on-site in our Boston, MA office and a 40-hour work week supporting an 8:30 am 5:30 pm schedule, with additional hours as necessary to support business needs. Responsibilities include: Managing office facilities, including liaising with building management, coordinating moves, and overseeing maintenance and repairs. Supporting office services such as mail, catering, and conference room management. Assisting with IT and AV setups, and collaborating with the IT team. Managing administrative staff, including mentoring, training, and performance management. Supporting budgeting, vendor relationships, safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Organizing office events and maintaining office information on the firms internal portal. Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
3-5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with team management experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office, EMS software, and familiarity with IT support in a legal setting. Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $104,000 - $155,750, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, life insurance, and wellness programs. Additional Details:
