Your Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required. 8+ years of experience in global HR benefits and compensation, with a strong track record in consulting for multinational organizations. Proven ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Exceptional client relationship management, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills. Strong verbal and written communication with a polished, professional presence. Confident decision-maker with the ability to assess complex situations and determine appropriate solutions. Active listener with a deep understanding of client needs and objectives. Skilled in resolving complex issues and knowing when to escalate. Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Passion for contributing to a growing team and shaping the future of the Global Benefits Practice. Willingness to travel as needed. International work/living experience and foreign language skills are a plus. Experience managing others. Seniority level
