Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four in development) offers a unique luxury cruise experience that appeals to the next generation of luxury travelers. We seek a seasoned executive to lead our strategic accounts and consortia partnerships. This position requires 3 days/week in our Miami, FL offices. Your Impact
The Vice President will drive growth and performance of our strategic travel agency accounts and consortia partnerships. Responsibilities include managing key relationships, developing business plans, leading a team, negotiating agreements, analyzing sales data, representing the brand at industry events, and creating innovative programs. Your Journey so far
10-15 years of hospitality sales experience, luxury cruise experience a plus Proven success in luxury travel sales and revenue growth Strong relationships within the consortia ecosystem (Virtuoso, Signature, etc.) Leadership experience in a luxury environment Strategic thinker with a record of building high-performing B2B programs Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Your Essentials
