Senior Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist
FTE Role Must come from a mortgage, lending, or loans background Hybrid in Atlanta SKILLS Automation Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies that increase coverage, reduce manual effort, and enable faster releases. Test Framework Development: Own and evolve test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber. Ensure modularity, reusability, and maintainability of test code. CI/CD Integration: Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline to support continuous testing practices. API & Backend Testing: Develop and maintain automated API tests using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Validate data flows and backend services. Cloud & DevOps Collaboration: Work in AWS, contributing to quality engineering practices across distributed systems and microservices. Performance Testing: Design and execute performance tests using JMeter, k6, or other tools to validate scalability, reliability, and throughput under load. Security & Compliance Testing: Implement test coverage for common security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and support secure delivery of software in regulated environments. Agile Practices: Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Provide QA insights to influence scope and technical direction. Test Metrics & Reporting: Deliver actionable test metrics, traceability reports, and quality dashboards to stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in QA automation engineering. 2+ years of experience as Team Lead Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA methodologies. Demonstrated expertise with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, or equivalent. Experience with AWS and testing cloud-native applications. Solid understanding of database concepts, with experience querying relational databases including SQL and non-relational databases Seniority level
