This program provides hands-on experience across departments, exposing you to critical functions. As a rotational associate, you will work on impactful projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and receive mentorship to accelerate your career. Responsibilities: Department Rotations:

Start as a Production Supervisor, leading an assembly area, managing KPIs, and collaborating to meet goals. Participate in rotations across operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to understand each department’s role. Project Management:

Execute projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance processes. Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and achieve results. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze operational data for trends and opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations. Contribute to continuous improvement and apply lean principles. Supplier and Vendor Management:

Assist in managing relationships, evaluate performance, and participate in negotiations. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Support regulatory compliance and quality processes to uphold standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Leadership potential and proactive problem-solving. Internship or work experience in relevant fields preferred.
