Digital Sales Specialist

to join an exciting, fast-paced organization. We are looking for someone passionate about the digital space who can innovate, multi-task, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales Team to determine client needs and campaign goals, and identify cross-platform sponsorship opportunities; prepare digital elements of sales presentations.

Understand and effectively present digital capabilities to Account Executives, Management, and Clients.

Have functional knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Wide Orbit.

Process new digital orders and revisions in Wide Orbit and Google Ad Manager for all clients.

Ensure advertiser specifications are met and campaigns are launched smoothly.

Provide delivery reports and campaign recaps to Account Executives and Clients.

Proactively reach out to Clients and Account Executives to manage assets, submission deadlines, and revisions.

Report and forecast inventory regularly using Google Ad Manager.

Create and maintain up-to-date digital sales materials.

Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure custom ads are built correctly.

Assist with post-campaign questions, reports, and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organization and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

Ideally, candidates will be IAB certified and proficient in digital media terminology such as CTR, eCPMs, etc.

Prospect and sell to new digital clients.

Additional Details As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will manage digital campaigns across platforms including desktop, mobile, mobile apps, and OTT. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, uploading creatives, and ensuring proper campaign delivery. This position reports directly to the Digital Sales Manager.
