In this role, you will work with highly talented engineers at all levels to build and deliver advanced security solutions focused on high quality, scalability, and performance. You will design, develop, and deliver new product features, collaborating closely with other engineers, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing product quality. About You

Take ownership of projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Define, develop, and maintain deployment processes and tools for Xage solutions across IT, OT, and Cloud environments. Provide ongoing support to improve system health and reliability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and adopt best practices for scalable, distributed, and autonomous systems. Be self-motivated, collaborative, driven to deliver value, and committed to continuous improvement. What You Need to Succeed

Experience in software development using HTTP/S proxies, Websockets, packet tracing, and multi-tier client/server communication. Knowledge of multi-threading programming, inter-process communication, socket programming, and low-latency, high-performance programming. Proficiency in C++, Go, or Java for secure coding, vulnerability assessment, and threat analysis. Hands-on experience with application protocols such as RDP, VNC, HTTP, SSH, and core concepts like authentication, certificates, and TLS. Experience in cryptography, PKI, microservice architecture, large-scale infrastructure, reverse proxies, NGINX, SOCKS5, session management, and load balancers. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality. Excellent communication skills and system-level expertise on Linux OS, including Ubuntu, Alpine, Red Hat Linux, and Docker. Experience developing NGINX plugins or working with internals is a plus. Experience with the Guacamole framework is a plus. Recognition & Momentum
