This individual will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans while building strong client relationships and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial structuring, ensuring clients receive tailored lending solutions that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients, providing customized financing solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with business owners, real estate developers, and key industry stakeholders to drive loan growth.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence to structure competitive loan packages.
- Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure sound lending practices and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, or financial services.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships while driving revenue growth.
