VP of Lending & Loss Prevention

Overview

Position: Vice President of Lending & Loss Prevention at Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union, Houston, TX. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming executive will oversee the credit union’s lending operations to include origination, underwriting, funding, and servicing. Responsibilities

• Oversee lending operations to include origination, underwriting, funding, and servicing.
• Drive loan volume and evaluate operating procedures within the department.
• Monitor portfolio risk and coach and develop the lending team.
• Provide a strategic vision to the lending department and enhance consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending operations.
• Strengthen lending sales programs and inspire loan consultants to promote lending volume.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in strengthening lending sales programs and lending operations across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending.
• Ability to bring a strategic vision to the lending department and lead a team effectively.
