Construction Litigation Attorney – San Francisco, CA
Our client, an established boutique law frim is seeking an experienced Construction Litigator to join their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending complex construction defect and related litigation matters and be comfortable managing cases from inception to resolution.
Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of construction defect litigation and related matters independently.
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
Take and defend depositions, including expert and party witnesses.
Prepare and respond to written discovery.
Manage all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and support.
Collaborate with clients, experts, and team members to develop litigation strategies.
Maintain accurate case files and time records.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the California Bar.
Minimum of 3–6 years of construction litigation experience (defense preferred, but plaintiff experience considered).
Proven ability to handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
