Overview
Mohr Partners, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to join our Project Management and Development Services team. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within Corporate Real Estate. The role requires expertise in design and construction management, with experience leading multiple consultants and projects on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple real estate, architecture, or construction projects across the country.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with various consultants and stakeholders.
- Travel 20%-50% as required by client needs.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-10 years of real estate or project management experience.
- Experience in real estate project management, architecture, or construction management.
- Experience managing multiple projects nationwide.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Certificates and Licenses
- LEED certification is a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, building relationships with clients and partners.
- Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure, and managing workload effectively.
- Commitment to client service and willingness to take on new challenges.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform onsite inspections, including climbing stairs, ladders, and negotiating construction sites.
- Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Work involves extended periods of sitting at a computer and standing, with good vision and communication abilities.
