As a Senior Manager in EY’s Digital Engineering Operations Services practice, you will lead the delivery, transformation, and optimization of digital engineering services across client engagements. You will manage service delivery, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with EY’s quality standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong leader with deep experience in digital operations, engineering platforms, and agile delivery models. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital engineering operations services across multiple client engagements. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality. Drive operational excellence through automation, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering services with business goals. Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and governance frameworks. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and client workshops. Ensure compliance with EY’s risk management and security standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or managed services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with engineering platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or DevOps certifications are a plus. What We Offer You

Compensation and benefits are designed to reward performance, including: Base salary range for this job in US locations: $151,500 to $346,000. New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California ranges: $181,800 to $393,200. Salaries determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and generous PTO. Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time with clients.
