Job Summary Step into the kitchen spotlight! As a Sous Chef, you will assist in leading culinary operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. You’ll oversee prep and line staff, support menu execution, and help create a memorable dining experience for every guest. Qualifications: Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Proficiency in cooking techniques and use of commercial kitchen equipment Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Previous supervisory experience in a professional kitchen Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and support line and prep cooks Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation Manage kitchen stations during service and assist with expediting Monitor inventory, ordering, and food storage practices Enforce safety and sanitation policies in all kitchen operations
