We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Scheduler/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team and support both office operations and caregiver scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure appropriate client coverage.
- Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding assignments, availability, and schedule updates.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling and client management systems (WellSky admin experience required).
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, clients, and families.
- Support leadership team with day-to-day operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, office administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and office software (Microsoft Office; familiarity with WellSky or Relias a plus).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in healthcare administration preferred.
