Responsibilities
Collaborate with engagement teams to develop and refine strategic recommendations for healthcare clients
Lead and manage workstreams, structuring problems and planning analyses to deliver impactful results
Create polished client-ready deliverables, including presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather and analyze data, identifying key implications for clients
Present findings and recommendations confidently to clients, contributing to problem-solving sessions
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience with an external, client-facing management consulting firm, preferably in strategy-related areas
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Exceptional ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 80%)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in the healthcare industry and willingness to engage in healthcare-focused strategy work
Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, with experience leveraging them for problem-solving and analysis
