Youre a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and treats hiring as a craft. You embody our values of ownership, urgency, and raising the bar. You know how to close exceptional talent, and you care deeply about delivering an outstanding candidate experience along the way. In this role, youll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM: from sourcing and closing to process design and stakeholder alignment, helping us build the teams behind the AI agents redefining patient access. What Youll Do

Build and own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across sales, growth, operations, and marketing orgs.

Develop outbound sourcing strategies to consistently bring in high-signal candidatesbeyond LinkedIn.

Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure loops, and close top-tier talent.

Ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer letter.

Stand up a structured recruiting process that can scale with the companys growth.

Help define and refine Assorts talent brand through tools, copy, and creative candidate engagement.

What You Bring

Full-cycle recruiting expertise , from scorecard creation and sourcing to offers and closing.

Proficiency with our tech stack:

Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dripify, etc.

Creative sourcing skills

beyond LinkedIncomfortable using GitHub, forums, referrals, and new AI sourcing tools.

Excellent communication

and candidate-facing instinctsyou can pitch the mission and build trust fast.

Strong ownership mindset you move quickly, manage your own pipeline, and raise the bar every week.
