- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS Lambda (Python/Java/Node.js)
- Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
- Amazon Connect's precision routing schema
- Amazon Connect API integration
- Amazon Connect integration with JPMorgan API
- Lex chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
- Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
- LLM usage and prompt engineering with Nova, Claude, OpenAI
- Amazon Connect Contact Flow design
- Cloud and container technologies: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker (hand-on)
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in relevant roles
