• In-depth knowledge and Strong hands on exp on AWS Lambda – Python/Java/Node.js
• Experience with Amazon Connect SDK
• Amazon Connect’s Precision routing schema
• Amazon Connect’s API
• Amazon Integration with JPMC API
• Lex – chatbot development using Lex API (Lambda)
• Bedrock, Bedrock Agent, Bedrock AgentCore
• LLM [prompt engineer] Nova, Claude, OpenAI
• Amazon Connect Contact Flow design
• Good to have hand on in Cloud & Container technologies : AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes & Docker
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
