We’re looking for a safety-driven, detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our energetic warehouse team! What You’ll Do: ✅ Move and organize finished goods and raw materials with precision ✅ Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently ✅ Load/unload trucks and handle shipments like a pro ✅ Follow pick lists, BOLs, and shipping protocols without missing a beat ✅ Support tank off-loading and keep operations flowing ✅ Lead the way in safety programs, 5S, and process improvements ✅ Verify shipments, resolve material issues, and ensure inventory accuracy ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and PPE-compliant work environment ✅ Contribute to HS&E initiatives, safety meetings, and trainings ✅ Stay compliant with DOT, DHS, TSCA, and CT-PAT regulations What We’re Looking For: &##128273; Forklift experience (preferred but not required) &##128273; Warehouse know-how and inventory savvy &##128273; Sharp attention to detail and procedural discipline &##128273; Safety-first mindset with a team player spirit &##128273; Physically ready to move materials and stay active &##128273; Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
