Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Are you ready to drive your career forward? We’re looking for a safety-driven, detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our energetic warehouse team! If you’re passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and making a real impact, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Move and organize finished goods and raw materials with precision
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Load/unload trucks and handle shipments like a pro
• Follow pick lists, BOLs, and shipping protocols without missing a beat
• Support tank off-loading and keep operations flowing
• Lead the way in safety programs, 5S, and process improvements
• Verify shipments, resolve material issues, and ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and PPE-compliant work environment
• Contribute to HS&E initiatives, safety meetings, and trainings
• Stay compliant with DOT, DHS, TSCA, and CT-PAT regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift experience (preferred but not required)
• Warehouse know-how and inventory savvy
• Sharp attention to detail and procedural discipline
• Safety-first mindset with a team player spirit
• Physically ready to move materials and stay active
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
