Overview

Leads and manages warehouse operations team across multiple shifts to ensure employee safety and operational efficiency. Oversees shipping, receiving, material movements & storage and schedule adherence; supports a culture of continuous improvement in labor efficiency, service levels, housekeeping and inventory transactional integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement in labor efficiency, service levels, housekeeping and inventory transactional integrity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of warehouse experience in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS office applications

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
