What You’ll Do

As part of our warehouse team, you'll play a key role in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely transporting raw materials and finished goods between our Westbrook and Yarmouth warehouses and the Freeport brewery (Class B CDL required).
• Preparing and shipping distributor orders with care and accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Loading and unloading pallets using warehouse equipment.
• Conducting inventory checks and following First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices.
• Supporting with daily warehouse maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Upholding our high standards for safety and following SOPs in all areas.
• This position is primarily based in Westbrook, but some time will be spent at our Yarmouth warehouse as needed.
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring:

• A Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (required).
• A can-do attitude and a respectful, team-oriented approach.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• This is a warehouse operations position requiring some bending/crouching, physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs to waist height and 25 lbs to shoulder height repetitively, and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time daily.
• Bonus points for forklift experience, mechanical aptitude, and comfort with tools like MacOS, Google Workspace, Slack, and EKOS brewery management software (training available!).
