Responsibilities
- Perform traditional phlebotomy duties including processing and centrifuging samples.
- Focus on customer service while interacting with patients.
- Enter data and manage orders using the LabCorp Touch system.
- Conduct blood draws, focusing on venipuncture techniques.
- Participate in training during the second week, preparing for data entry and order processing.
- Phlebotomy certification
- Proficiency in venipuncture and blood draw techniques
- Experience in data entry
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical record systems
- Experience with geriatric patients
- Hospital experience
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
The position is based in Fountain Valley, with travel required between locations from Manhattan Beach to Newport Beach. Employees will work 8-hour shifts, with start and end times varying between 6 AM and 6 PM, depending on location hours. During the second week of training, all employees are expected to work full-time hours, with training provided in Wildomar, Tustin, and Los Angeles. Accommodations, such as hotel stays, are offered if necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Fullerton, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.11 - $23.11/hr.
