Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility in Naples FL 34110. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity.

• Base pay range: $19.30/hr - $21.55/hr


• Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm with rotational Saturdays 6-10:30am (40 hrs/week)


• Duration: 6 Months+


• Location: Naples, FL 34110


• Travel: Travel to other Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations with short notice

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, safe, and skillful blood collections including venipunctures and capillary draws.


• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing in clinical and forensic settings.


• Handle pediatric, geriatric, and special patient populations with care and professionalism.


• Verify and label specimens accurately while ensuring compliance with patient identification protocols.


• Maintain updated patient demographics and obtain signatures post-collection.


• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and promote a positive image of the organization.


• Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including confidentiality and data integrity.


• Maintain clean and stocked work areas and ensure equipment is properly sanitized.


• Provide excellent service and build trust with patients and healthcare providers.


• Attend required training sessions and maintain updated credentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
