Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Lady Lake, FL. This is a 3 months contract role offering the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Location: Lady Lake, FL 32159

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with rotational Saturdays

Hours per Week: 40

Start Date: ASAP

Base pay range: $17.75/hr - $19.75/hr

Note: Pay is based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary, and pediatric/geriatric draws) with skill and accuracy.
• Explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort and confidence.
• Accurately label specimens and verify patient demographics.
• Maintain required records, logs, and documentation.
• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen processing duties.
• Promote a safe, professional, and positive environment for patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Consistently meet timelines and follow all established procedures.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required).

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
