Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Plantation, FL. This is a 4 months contract role offering an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Location: Plantation, FL 33322

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Base pay range: $17.75/hr - $19.75/hr

Note: Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily specimen collection, processing, and related tasks accurately and on schedule under supervisor direction.
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.
• Confidently execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection in compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain and update required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive organizational image to patients, clients, and the general public.
• Ensure quality, error-free work while adapting to high-volume workflows.
• Provide excellent patient care across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required).

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
