We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a client office. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Additionally, opportunities for continuous growth within the organization will be provided.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm; Saturdays as assigned

Pay Range: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidates skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
  2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
  3. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
  4. Process billing information and collect payments when required.
  5. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
  6. Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
  7. Provide superior customer service to all patients.
  8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
  9. Travel to additional sites when needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or previous experience as a phlebotomist.
  3. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  6. Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
  7. Reliable transportation required.
  8. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  9. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
