Responsibilities

Overnight Stockers work in several different areas of the store, from the Dry Grocery Department to the Dairy Department and the Frozen Department. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, filling the frozen foods bins, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the store, receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, and moving product to the sales floor using various equipment. Overnight Stockers are also responsible for rotating merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

To be an Overnight Stocker at Sprouts Farmers Market you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, dependable and reliable
• Have an outgoing and friendly behavior
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5" to 34", for a distance up to 5 feet, up to 25 hours per week without mechanical assistance
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that changes with the business
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• Have a High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.55 - $20.75 per hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
