Responsibilities

• Overnight Stockers work in several different areas of the store, from the Dry Grocery Department, to the Dairy Department, and also the Frozen Department.
• Stock shelves, fill the frozen foods bins, and help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Receive product deliveries, ensure delivery accuracy, and move product to the sales floor using various equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest product is available for customers.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age, dependable and reliable
• Outgoing and friendly behavior
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. (boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”) for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training, or acceptable combination of education and experience

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.55 - $20.75 per hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
