Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with an adult patient in their home. We have a G-tube/trach/vent patient in Mesa needing overnight coverage on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. We ask that you are available to take these ongoing shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
- Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from the prescriber as patient needs change.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
- Respond to changes in patient condition, report to appropriate physician or supervisor.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document effectiveness.
- Review the plan of care and protocols, identify areas for education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
- Current PPD or chest X-ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of RN experience preferred.
