Job Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.

Are You The Right Fit For This Role?

You will be working outside in all weather conditions, as parking continues regardless of rain, snow, heat, or cold.

You must love physical activity, as lifting up to 50 lbs and helping with luggage is required. You will also need to run, stand for long periods, and go up and down stairs within parking garages.

You should be personable and comfortable communicating with guests to provide excellent service.

The Ability To Work Any Schedule Or Shift

Starting as a part-time valet, with potential to transition to full-time supervisory roles. Initial schedules will be during peak times for higher tips and fewer hours. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential. Punctuality and reliability are key.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valet parking experience preferred
• Experience driving manual vehicles preferred
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Valid Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience
• Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to stand long periods, run, and navigate stairs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
