Overview

At Evolution, we’re looking for people who are passionate about the service industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role starts as a Valet Attendant with opportunities to advance to roles such as Guest Service Manager through Crescendo Training Program.

Responsibilities

• As a Valet Attendant, deliver first-class customer service in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Open and close doors, park and secure vehicles, unload luggage, retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, and greet hotel guests.
• Assist arriving and departing guests and guide them through the valet check-in process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a valet and driving a manual transmission preferred.
• Proficiency in English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; exceptional guest service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience; ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, run, and work outdoors in all weather; ability to climb stairs in parking garages.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliability.
