The role starts as a Valet with the potential to advance to Guest Service Manager through our Crescendo Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and welcoming hotel guests.
• Assist guests through the valet check-in process and ensure smooth valet operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with company standards.

What You’ll Need to Fit This Role

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs, running, standing for long periods, climbing stairs).
• Excellent guest service, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and the ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred).

• Paid training including Forbes standards training and ongoing on-the-job development.

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible part-time schedules with potential for full-time advancement.
• Base pay with bi-weekly pay plus daily cash tips; cash tips take-home daily.
• Shifts planned to maximize tips during peak times; initial schedules will meet hotel property needs.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a valet preferred
• Experience driving a manual transmission preferred
• Proficiency in English; verbal and written
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screenings
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and crouch as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and to run when required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
