You will start as a Valet and have the opportunity to advance to Guest Service Manager through growth opportunities, career development, and perks and benefits.

We offer flexible schedules: part-time morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. You will be paid base salary bi-weekly with cash tips paid out daily.

We provide paid training, high-end Forbes standards training, and continuous on-the-job training to enhance your skills, with opportunities to grow into supervisory or management roles through Crescendo Training Program.

Responsibilities

  • As a Valet Attendant, deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Provide a friendly welcome to hotel guests and guide them through the valet check-in process.
  • Handle exterior guest interactions outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or experience in a valet/guest service role preferred.
  • Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle, preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Valid Driver’s License and at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, run, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions; schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling with opportunities to transition from part-time to full-time supervisory roles.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
