Job: Phlebotomist I

Duration: 6 Months

Shift: M-F 6 am to 11 am and Sat 6 am to 10 am

Location: Cape Coral, FL 33904

Additional Requirements

• Bilingual candidates must have excellent proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Job Description

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.

Work Experience

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.
• One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment is preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is essential.

Additional Details

• Rate depends on years of direct experience as listed in the resume.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation; public transit or rideshare is not considered reliable.
• Must be punctual, available for scheduled shifts, and stay for the entire shift.
• Excessive absenteeism or tardiness may lead to termination.
• Verify commute time; candidates should live within 20-25 minutes of the worksite.
