Responsibilities

• Establish project team, project documentation, and filing system.
• Work with main building contractor’s master schedule and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Review system design and specifications to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Appoint and manage sub-contractors, defining scope of work and liabilities clearly.
• Set up allocated site office and storage facilities.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedules, and material samples for consultant approval.
• Plan and monitor equipment delivery and installation at job sites.
• Attend and participate in site meetings (e.g. Technical and NSC coordination).
• Ensure compliance with job-site safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements (Factory Act, BOWEC, etc.).
• Monitor and evaluate sub-contractor performance for future reference.
• Submit monthly progressive claims to main contractor for certification and payment.
• Prepare monthly financial status reports for Accounts and manage sub-contractor claims/payment process.
• Supervise final testing and commissioning of projects.
• Prepare and submit as-built drawings, handover kits, operational and maintenance manuals.
• Establish maintenance service programmes during the Defects Liability period.
• Prepare overall project reports and coordinate with department heads on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Generate financial and statistical reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in project handling, preferably within air-conditioning, chiller, or HVAC systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
