CCI is seeking a Systems Testing Analyst to design and execute test plans related to various software applications, record and document test results, and detect software failures to facilitate timely defect correction.
A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong dedication to quality and communication throughout the testing process. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in unit and system testing to maintain the customer's perspective while maintaining client relationships at peer level.
- Communicate effectively during frequent client interactions.
- Assist team members in cost reduction, knowledge sharing, and test activities, while helping identify issues and providing status updates on scope of work, understanding roles and responsibilities.
- Support team members in completing their tasks or acquiring skills, contributing to a collaborative work environment. Be accountable for team results by maintaining workflows, quality standards, and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of information technology experience.
- Familiarity with development activities in unit/system testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deliverables and business needs.
- Experience with test result evaluation and reporting.
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
- USG customer domain experience.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in analysis and process improvement projects.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Visio.

Pay Range: The salary range is $72,700 - $149,200, influenced by location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. CACI offers competitive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
