Kforce Inc is hiring: Lead E2E Tester in Atlanta

Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Overview

Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Lead E2E Tester to join their team. This individual will act as the liaison/lead tester between teams that are working on integrations and will be focused on bridging the gap between teams that are supporting large initiatives. The person will partner with multiple groups, assist with communication between them, manage workflows, performance testing, prioritization, documentation, and remove dependencies. The role includes testing duties as well as product/project management responsibilities, stakeholder communication, escalation of blockers, and scheduling triage calls. This position is a growing contributor within the client organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between teams working on integrations and large initiatives
• Bridge communication gaps among business, product, engineering, and stakeholders
• Manage workflows, performance testing, prioritization, and documentation
• Identify and remove dependencies to enable project progress
• Perform testing duties while also functioning as a product/project manager as needed
• Escalate blockers and coordinate triage calls

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• Experience in end-to-end testing of software applications within complex environments (not a single app)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Broad technical knowledge (application development, cloud, testing, product/agile, etc.)
• Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and teams
• Ability to act as a project manager/product owner while being responsible for testing
• Ability to write basic SQL

The job includes comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), life, disability, and ADD insurance) to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. This range may be modified in the future. The base pay range provided is the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at posting for this role and may differ based on factors such as education, experience, and location.
