Ztek Consulting is hiring: QA Tester / Lead in St. Louis

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Report and document technical issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Develop effective strategies and test plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
