Role/Responsibilities

• Designing and executing performance tests (load, stress, endurance, etc.) on the Manhattan Active Omni platform.
• Using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
• Analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS or equivalent professional experience.
• Performance Testing as the primary competency with hands-on lead experience and ability to manage a performance test team across onshore and offshore.
• 8+ years of progressive performance testing experience in waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery models using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, CloudTest, etc.
• Expert level proficiency in estimation, NFR gathering, test planning, workload models, test scenario design, environment setup, data setup, execution and defect management for complex end-to-end flows.
• Strong performance testing experience with technologies such as Java EE, .NET, SAP, Web Services, Microservices, SQL, No-SQL, Tibco, MQ, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience in performance testing of both on-prem and cloud solutions (GCP/Azure/AWS).
• Experience in performance engineering concepts and ability to define monitoring requirements and alert thresholds using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic).
• Experience in Manhattan WMS on-prem.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and coordinate with teams to bring issues to closure with timely resolutions.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining quality deliverables.
• Results-oriented with strong written, verbal, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Performance testing experience in a retail domain covering systems like eCommerce/Web/Mobile, Order management, Supply Chain, WMS, POS systems is highly desired.
• Flexibility to provide support during odd hours, weekends, and peak seasons.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $65,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $133,100 per year

Compensation and Benefits: A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
