Responsibilities

• Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues, including logging defects and documenting root cause analysis
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios, maintaining evidence of test results and documenting the audit trail
• Update the Business Requirements Document (BRD) as necessary
• Collaborate with product management to ensure project milestones and deliverables are on schedule, while identifying potential risks and recommending solutions
• Assist in the management and planning of the overall safeguarding project, adapting to new products and legal entities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• At least 3 years of experience performing user acceptance testing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Effective time management and ability to work independently
• Understanding of Accounting Fundamentals and Safeguarding Regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services/payments industry
• Familiarity with working with multiple legal entities and currencies
• Understanding of CASS 7 regulations
