Responsibilities

• Support and educate users on application usage, preparing end-user training materials
• Document and analyze business processes and workflows for improvements and accurate system configuration
• Understand user requirements and translate them into functional requirements
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans, including the creation of test cases
• Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders, preparing presentations in collaboration with senior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred (experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
• 2-3 years of experience in information technology, particularly with business or clinical systems
• Experience providing training and support to end users
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Ability to conduct small to mid-sized meetings and facilitate discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and share insights with teammates
