Job Title: ServiceNow–ITSM QA Tester

Location: Houston, TX (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• 5+ years QA experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow ITSM testing.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks & tools preferred.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
