Job Title : Sr. Performance Tester/ Lead

Performance Testing - HP Performance Center/LoadRunner/ NMON/ Dynatrace/ Wily

Responsibilities

• Includes all the requirements of a QA Engineer
• Assists in developing the software quality assurance (SQA) test strategy for complex IT initiatives, analyzing business and technology requirements for testability and traceability
• Collaborates with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to review and approve testing approaches
• Verifies validation of test data and environment requirements
• Provides end-to-end quality assurance throughout the SDLC by developing and executing test cases in accordance with GQS framework and company methodology
• Coordinates with IT teams to gain buy-in and approval of test plans
• Tracks software quality metrics across testing phases (SIT, Performance, UAT, Automation, Production Validation)
• Manages the software defect life cycle and participates in root cause analysis
• Enforces entry and exit criteria throughout the SDLC
• Identifies and escalates quality risks and issues across teams
• Develops SQA project plans, participates in scope and effort estimation
• Assists management in resource and skill-set planning
• Mentors junior team members and identifies training needs

Requirements

• 4+ years leading performance testing projects with onshore/offshore coordination
• 7+ years experience in performance testing, scripting, and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, with 6+ years in SQA or related experience; equivalent work experience may substitute degree
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role
• Master's degree preferred
• Certifications such as QAI, ASQ, IEEE, ISO, or Six Sigma preferred
• 3+ years in large matrixed organizations and working with third-party vendors preferred
• Experience in retail industry and SDLC projects preferred
• Experience writing technical documentation in testing/QA environment

Additional Information

Candidate should have experience in Mobile testing and SEE TEST tool

Experience in Airlines / e-commerce automation testing is a plus
