Job Description

Position: Hardware Support

Duration: Contract

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support and troubleshoot enterprise environment hardware and software.
2. Assist users with on-the-spot configuration of applications, hardware, and OS, including event support or similar tasks.
3. Utilize video conferencing tools like Webex for meetings and support.
4. Provide customer-facing support, ensuring excellent service and issue resolution.
5. Maintain proficiency in Windows, Macintosh, and Linux platforms, including portable devices, and Microsoft Office applications.
