Field Specialist role focusing on smartphone field testing with expertise in 3GPP specs for 3G/4G/5G technologies. Location: Cupertino, CA.

Responsibilities

• Expertise on 3GPP specs for 3G/4G/5G technologies
• Operate Android and Apple products (iPhone, Watch, Mac)
• Field testing with issue investigation and representation
• 4 years of mobile device testing experience
• Perform testing and deliver daily reports to the client
• Log analysis and debugging UE issues
• Familiar with logging tools such as QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT
