About The Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, sparking interest, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and interest
- Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to align outreach strategies with campaigns and targets
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the funnel
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience (B2B experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive edge
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold calling
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools a plus
