This position is ideal for a World Class Coach passionate about the fitness industry and capable of stepping in as a top coach with one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the United States.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach should be able to work with any client from day 1, whether it's Tim Tebow, a college athlete, a 40-year-old mother, or a 7-year-old athlete. The role involves inspiring athletes to achieve their goals on the turf.

Minimum Qualifications:

• CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification
• Athletic background
• At least 1 year of coaching experience
• Confidence in being the best coach on staff
• Strong knowledge of strength & conditioning
• Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients
• Positive, energetic personality with a "can do" attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or related field
• Connections within the local community, schools, coaches, and sports teams
• Experience in various training settings (group, 1:1, small group, team)

• Character: Must demonstrate world-class character and align with core values, working hard and maintaining high energy daily.
• Coaching Ability: Capable of working with diverse age groups and skill levels from day 1 without ego.
• Teamwork: Willing to work with all athletes and in all training formats.

A Typical Day:

• Start energized, coach in a state-of-the-art facility, lead classes, and work with diverse clients.
• Program and coach athletes of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to NFL players.
• End the day with client success stories and feedback, providing a world-class experience.
